LGMPC also rents out facilities to generate additional income. Among the facilities available for rental include Office Spaces, Futsal Court, Banquet Hall, Conference Hall, Theatre, Cafeteria and Equipment.

Office Spaces

LGMPC manage the Kompleks Bangunan Getah Asli, which is strategically located across the road from the world-renowned Petronas Twin Towers and Public Bank HQ providing easy access to public transportation, banking, shopping, food and many more. It comprises Menara Bangunan Getah Asli, Bangunan Getah Asli whilst the Parking area houses a futsal court on its rooftop.

Menara Bangunan Getah Asli is 18-storey high and divided into 2 wings namely North and South Wing. The building has a nett lettable space of 126,662 Square feet. Other amenities available within the building include Conference Hall on level 1, Banquet and Theaterette Hall on level 2 and Surau on level 10.

Meanwhile, the 3-storey Bangunan Getah Asli has a nett lettable space of 35,515 square feet and houses a cafeteria on the ground floor, 2 kiosks selling drinks and snacks, office spaces that are rented out, in addition to Ridley Resource Centre Meeting Room on the level 3.
